Up and Running! Hello world….

Hello Everyone!  Thank you for viewing my blog/site/whatever this is….  I hope you take some time, from time to time, to take a look at  my blog and maybe post a question or a comment.  The purpose of this site is to help educate my friends, family, clients and anyone else who wants to learn about fitness, health and performance.  I do not claim to know everything about this field, but I do have some good experience in this industry….Feel free to check out more about me and this site by clicking the “about” tab at the top of this page.

Overall, I will be submitting various posts on various topics.  I may submit pieces from articles I have written for the Highlands Newspaper, Graduate School classes, the Highlands Country Club Newsletter (AKA “The Piper”) or any random topic that comes to mind.  I also will be answering your questions (Question of the Week), blogging about fitness equipment I like (Fitness Toy of the Month), giving fitness tips (Fitness Tip of the Week), and giving exercises (Exercise of the Week).  These blogs may be in video, photo or written form, but hopefully will always be quality information for you!  So keep visiting and please feel free to leave comments and feedback, just keep it clean and appropriate please!
